When i lost my mum,i was sent the following,to help me through the grief.....
'Its like a rock,lodged inside you,whose weight crushes you at times,but soon the rock becomes a stone,which soon becomes a pebble,which you carry in your breast pocket and which,when you feel the need,you can take out and touch to remember. XX
